There are five types of aluminum alloy doors and windows: push-pull aluminum alloy door, push-pull aluminum alloy window, flat open aluminum alloy door, flat open aluminum alloy window and aluminum alloy floor spring door. All have national architectural standard design drawings.

Each kind of door and window is divided into basic door and window and combined door and window. The basic doors and windows are composed of frames, fans, glass, hardware accessories, sealing materials, etc. The combined door and window is composed of more than two basic doors and windows with splicing materials or turning materials into other forms of windows or doors.

Each kind of door and window is divided into several series according to the structural dimension of the door and window frame thickness. For example, the push-pull aluminum alloy door with the structural dimension of the door frame thickness of 90mm is called the 90 series push-pull aluminum alloy door.

There are 70 series and 90 series of aluminum alloy sliding doors. The basic door opening height is 2100, 2400, 2700 and 3000mm, and the basic door opening width is 1500, 1800, 2100, 2700, 3000, 3300 and 3600mm. There are 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, 90 series, 90 series I series of push-pull aluminum alloy windows. The basic window opening height is 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, 2100mm; the basic window opening width is 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000mm.

There are 50 series, 55 series and 70 series aluminum alloy swing doors. The height of basic door opening is 2100, 2400, 2700mm, and the width of basic door opening is 800, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800mm. There are 40 series, 50 series and 70 series of flat opening aluminum alloy windows. The basic window opening height is 600, 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, 2100mm; the basic window opening width is 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100mm.

There are 70 series and 100 series of aluminum alloy floor spring doors. The basic door opening height is 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000 and 3300mm, and the basic door opening width is 900, 1000, 1500, 1800, 2400, 3000, 3300 and 3600mm.

The anodizing film on the surface of aluminum alloy profiles is silver white and bronze.

Glass varieties can be ordinary flat glass, float glass, laminated glass, toughened glass, hollow glass, etc. The thickness of glass is generally 5mm or 6mm.

Quality Requirement

1. The surface of doors and windows shall be free of obvious defects such as scratch, scratch and bruise.

2. There shall be no obvious color difference on the colored surface of adjacent members of doors and windows.

3. The surface of doors and windows shall be free of aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots or other stains, and the assembly joints shall be free of overflowing adhesives.

Quality Standard

The quality of aluminum alloy doors and windows can be roughly judged from the selection of raw materials (aluminum profiles), the surface treatment and internal processing quality of aluminum materials, and the price of aluminum alloy doors and windows.

1. Look at the materials. The aluminum profiles, thickness, strength and oxide film used for high-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows shall conform to the relevant national standards and regulations. The wall thickness of the main stressed members of the aluminum alloy windows shall be more than 1.4mm, the wall thickness of the main stressed members of the aluminum alloy doors shall be more than 2.0mm, the tensile strength shall be 157n / m2, the yield strength shall be 108n / m2, and the oxide film thickness shall be up to It should be up to 10 microns. If it fails to meet the above standards, it is inferior aluminum alloy doors and windows, which cannot be used.

2. Processing. High quality aluminum alloy doors and windows, with fine processing, exquisite installation, good sealing performance and free opening and closing. Poor quality aluminum alloy doors and windows, blind selection of aluminum profile series and specifications, rough processing, saw cutting instead of milling processing, installation not in accordance with the requirements, poor sealing performance, switch is not free, not only air leakage and rain leakage and glass cracking phenomenon, but also encounter strong wind and external force, easy to pull part or glass scraping or bumping, damaging people.

3. Look at the price. In general, the price of high-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows is about 30% higher than that of low-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows due to high production cost. Some aluminum alloy doors and windows with wall thickness of only 0.6-0.8mm are made of aluminum profiles. Their tensile strength and yield strength are much lower than the relevant national standards and regulations, so they are not safe to use. In addition, there are many self-employed people processing aluminum alloy doors and windows, they do not know the structural characteristics and performance of aluminum alloy doors and windows. In order to reduce the cost of work and materials, inferior products should not be used. The best choice of regular aluminum alloy doors and windows manufacturer's products. Here's a special note: the thickness of the national standard profile is 1.4mm. If the supplier chooses materials with 1.2mm or 1.0mm wall thickness or even thinner, they are all substandard products. Please pay attention when purchasing.

IV. material

There are six aspects of material use for reference:

1. Thickness: there are 70 series and 90 series of aluminum alloy sliding doors and windows, and 70 series of aluminum alloy sliding doors can be used in the house. The number of aluminum alloy series indicates the number of millimeters of door frame thickness construction dimension. There are four kinds of common aluminum alloy sliding windows: 55 series, 60 series, 70 series and 90 series. The selection shall be based on the size of the window opening and the local wind pressure value. The aluminum alloy sliding window used as the closed balcony shall not be less than 70 series.

2. Strength: the tensile strength shall be 157 n / mm2, and the yield strength shall be 108 n / mm2. When purchasing, the profile can be moderately bent, and it should be able to return to its original state after being released.

3. Color: the color of the same aluminum alloy profile should be the same. If the color difference is obvious, it is not suitable to purchase.

4. Flatness: check the surface of aluminum alloy profile, and ensure there is no depression or bulge.

5. Glossiness: aluminum alloy doors and windows shall be free from open bubbles (white spots) and ash (black spots), cracks, burrs, peeling and other obvious defects on the surface.

⒍ oxidation degree: the thickness of oxide film shall be 10 μ M. When purchasing, make a light scratch on the profile surface to see if the oxide film on the profile surface can be wiped off.
