Aluminium Formwork can be used more times compared with the traditional formwork. It is light with the average wight of 23 - 27 kg/m2, convenient to use and easy to install, thus saving the labor cost and shortening the working period. Alv aluminum formwork is an early removing system with the working period of 5 days. After setting of the concrete within 24 hours, the set of panels can be removed for the repetitive use for the next floor thereby achieving a short construction period and a high quality concrete structure.

Paint oil before assembly

Fix Outer Corner to External Wall Corner Panel by round pin and wedge.
Sequence NO.3
Fix Inner Corner to the Internal Wall Panels by round pin and wedge.
Sequence NO.4
Repeat Sequence NO.3 to complete the assembly of both the Internal and External Wall Panels.
Sequence NO.5
Install Slab Conner on the top portion of the Wall Panels with round pin & wedge.
Sequence NO.6
Combine MB, EB and Prop by joint bar with long pin and wedge at the bottom section of the beams.
Sequence NO.7
Repeat Sequence NO.6 and assemble all the Slab Panels from the corner section of the slabs.
Sequence NO.8
Fix Kicker Panels to External Wall Panels to raise the panels up to appropriate height.
Sequence NO.9
Make a numbering sequence to mark each panel with color identification scheme for easy installation of next levels.

Pour concrete into the forms.
Sequence NO.1
After 12 hours, remove the Internal Wall Panels by knocking out the wedges and pins.
Sequence NO.2
Remove the External Wall Panels.
Sequence NO.3
After 36 hours, disassemble the Slab Panels by removing the long pins and wedges.
Sequence NO.4
Remove the middle and end beams while remaining the props undisturbed.
Sequence NO.5
Strip the Slab Panels.
Sequence NO.6
Strip the Slab Corner.
Sequence NO.7
Pull out all Flat Tie by using disassemble tool.
Remove the PVC Sleeves with the Tie Bar Extractor.
Sequence NO.8
Remove the Props and Prop Heads after passing cube tests.
